The website conferinta2020.arat.ro is owned by The Romanian National Association for Transactional Analysis (ARAT).

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms

Through the registration form for the Romanian National Conference on Transactional Analysis 2020, participants provide us the following information: name, surname, e-mail address, billing information (name, taxpayer identification number, address), details about the payment made (the amount payed, payment order number, date of payment).

This information is sent by e-mail to the conference organiser at the address conferinta2020@arat.ro, as well as to the participant at the address provided in the registration form. It is also stored in the website’s database, which can be accessed only by the website administrator, using a username and a password.

This information is used for:

• issuing the invoices for the participants;
• writing the attendance certificates for the participants.

The information will be stored indefinitely, in order to keep a record of participants based on which, when required, the participants can receive at a later date an attendance certificate from ARAT.

You can require at any moment that your information be modified or deleted from the database, or that we send you your information that we keep, by writing to the website administrator, Cristina Pop, at the address admin@arat.ro.

Cookies

The only information the website keeps as a cookie is PHPSESSID, which is necessary for the website to function, doesn’t contain any of your personal information, and is maintained only until the end of your visit to the website.

We do not share your information with any other person, organisation, or institution.
